i stayed in a river view king suite (it was just what i needed after a long day). the location was very nice, right off the main bustle of the river walk tourism. food and drinks were excellent. live music made the evenings so much fun!
the valet parking felt a bit overpriced at over $53.04 with tax (i think it's a bit much). also, there was an amenity fee of $10 per day plus tax and a franchise tax recovery fee, which i found a bit annoying. i hate hidden fees.

the room was large and included a separate bedroom and living area.
the valet service damaged my car and the staff showed no empathy. i handed my keys to the valet, and then a pickup reversed into my car. the reception staff were uninterested and said it was a valet issue, with no manager available (very disappointing).

the rooms are quite large and very clean. i was pleased with the fully equipped gym. the rooftop pool was a nice feature too, though it was a little crowded.
The valet service seemed quite slow. I waited a long time for my car. there was music playing in the lobby. The sound was very loud on the 9th floor. soundproofing in the walls seemed poor. I needed ear plugs to sleep.

damaged bumperterrible wi-fi
The valet service was like a complete joke. i waited ages for my car, and when it finally arrived, there was a fresh scratch on the bumper. on top of that, the shower had a broken fixture. I reported it immediately, but it never got fixed . the wi-fi was also terrible. It was so weak that streaming to the tv barely worked.
